ABSTRACT

Teratoma of the nasopharynx is very rare tumor, often presenting as neonatal respiratory distress, swallowing difficulty. Teratomas are clssified histologically four groups : teratoma, dermoid, teratoid, epignathi. We report a case of nasopharyngeal dermoid with review of the related literatures.
