ABSTRACT

There are various methods to treat the chronic serous otitis media. The method of middle ear exploration for this has been suggested for past few years since Rosen developed the technic of stapes mobilization through the external ear canal. A case of severe chronic serous otitis media, which was treated by middle ear exploration and gained a good result, has been reported in this article.
