A case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in the right mastoid portion in thirteen years old male child is reported. The course was rapid terminating in death within a year from onset. Autopsy was performed and following changes were observed. Squamous cell carcinoma in right mastoid portion, carcinomatous metastasis in right cellebelar hemisphere, pia mata and submaxillary salivary gland, acute diffuse pulmonary congestion, mild bronchopneumonia, localized scar formations on lung surface, patchy atheromatous changes in aorta, and accessory spleen.
