ABSTRACT

The author has recently experienced a case of a large dentigerous cyst causing a marked disfiguration of the face without any other specific accompanying symptoms. There were two unerupted teeth in the cyst ; one was supernumerary and inverted, the other was ectopic. The cyst was successfully removed by means of Caldwell-Luc operation.
