The author has recently experienced a case of the huge choanal polyp. The patient was 52 years-old Korean farmer who has been suffering from progressively developed nasal stuffiness, sero-purulent nasal discharge and hearing impairment for these 5 years. Transoral polypectomy was performed and extirpated masses were measured about 28 grams in its weight.
