Tuberculous Lymphadenitis Colli

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis still remains a serious problem in Korea. 5.1% of tuberculosis cases among the all population have been reported in Korea Tuberculosis Survey in 1965. Tuberculosis in ENT field is also important for practical point of view in treating the disease. Among them the lymphadenitis colli with or without lung infiltration is one of the problem in ENT field. With presenting 86 controlled tuberculous lymphadenitis colli patients from 1964 to 1966 in NMC will be discussed in connection with age, sex, duration, tonsillar disease, chest X-ray, mantoux test, ESR, the location of lymph nodes and treatments.
