ABSTRACT

A 17-year-old boy came to this hospital with the complaint of continuous pus drainage through a fistula on the right retroauricular region. The operative finding was that the fistula including surrounding tissue was well encapsulated on the periostium of the mastoid bone and contained fetid purulent discharge with gray white cholesteatomatous substance. The final diagnosis was confirmed histologically as epidermoid cyst.
