ABSTRACT

We report a case of huge laryngeal polyp arised from the anterior end of left vocal cord, which was small finger-tip sized, 1.5×1.4×1.0 cm., grayish, pedunculated tumor mass and moved up and down concomittant with the respiratory movement. The patient was a 37-year-old Korean male and complained of hoarseness and intermittent respiratory difficulty. The tumor mass was removed out under indirect and direct laryngoscopy with forceps.
