Cysts of the maxilla may be divided simply into those related etiologically and anatomically to the teeth and those which are not. Recently, the author has experienced a case of follicular cyst in the right maxillary sinus, which was so large that it had completely encroached right maxillary sinus and made affected hard palate displace below. This paper was written for the purpose of reporting the case and reviewing literatures on this subject
