A Case of Rhinophyma

ABSTRACT

A 22-year-old Korean soldier was admitted to the Capital Army Hospital on April 15, 1968 because of enlargement of the nose. This condition has been slowly progressed over 15 years period. Examination revealed severly enlarged rhinophymatous mass on the nasal tip and dorsum. Rhinophymat ous mass was completely removed, and full thickness graft was done. The skin was taken from the inner aspect of the right thigh. Postoperative course was uneventful and result was satisfactory.
