ABSTRACT

Recently experienced two cases of interesting foreign bodies in the air passage were reported. Case 1 ; A coin was lodged in the nasopharynx in a 3 years-old girl, which was removed without difficulty. Case 2 ; A piece of bone lodged at the level of bifurcation which producing partical obstruction of the bilateral main bronchus in a 28 year-old man. The foreign body was found and removed under bronchoscopy.
