This is the report of cases of combination chemotherapy which seems to be a recommendable method for treatment of malignant lymphoma three patients with advanced malignant lymphoma of the palatine tonsils, and nasopharynx were treated with Co⁶⁰ irradiation, cyclophosphamide, vincristine and prednisolone in combination. One course of the combination regimen was given in a period of 14 days, this was repeated every 4 weeks. Two cases showed complete remission and other cases showed partial remission. Toxicty, chiefly severe alopecia was produced but it was reversible.
