The pathogenesis of chronic paranasal sinusitis has been well known close relationship with that of nasal cavity proper, so the aims in management of chronic paranasal sinusitis are that nasal obstruction and nasal discharge are relieved as ventilation and drainage are maintained well and the physiologic functions are normally recovered. In order to accomplish these aims, the resonability of Takahashi's endonasal reconstructive operation which is primarily correction of anatomical abnormality of the nasal cavity is accepted.
