ABSTRACT

Adenoid systic carcinoma is an uncommon tumor occurs in the major salivary glands, in the comparable mucous and serous glands of upper respiratory and digestive tracts and rarely in other glandular tissue of the head and neck. Authors experienced a case of adenoid cystic carcinoma arising from right maxillary sinus in a 34 years old female. The adenoid cystic carcinoma was removed surgically and confirmed to the histologic examination.
