ABSTRACT

Resently, authors experienced a precious case of a piece of aluminum chopstick within the right ethmoid and sphenoid sinus in a 17 year old Korean boy. The patient had no any disagreeable symptoms and signs as well as foreign body reaction due to above substance for these 8 years. X-ray finding is the most valuable diagnostic method for foreign body in paranasal sinuses. The metalic foreign body within the right ethmoid and sphenoid sinus was removed by Cald-well Luc's approach.
