A Case of Behcet's Syndrome

ABSTRACT

The author has experienced a case of Behcet's syndrome. A 33-year-old man visited with complaints of sore throat and dysphagia for 10 days. Superficial ulcerative lesion involved the oropharynx, larynx, tongue and external genitalia but there was no evidence of ocular lesion. The case was diagnosed as atypical Behcet's syndrome and treated with antibiotics, antihistamine and corticosteroid for one month and had a good result.
