The authors experienced a case of pseudotumor arised on cheek region of a 45 years old female patient who had a history of wide excisional biopsy under the impression of maxillary tumor about one year ago. At that time, patient had painful swelling mass at the cheek on the right side, and the biopsy reported only simple chronic inflammation. After wide excision of the mass, the symptoms were disappeared satisfactory. One year after the fitst visit, she revisited to our hospital because of another newly formed swelling mass at the zygomatic region on the right side. The character of the mass and symptoms were similar to that of the previous cheek lesion, but biopsy reported to be a pseudotumor. For more evaluation of a pseudotumor in its diagnosis and treatment, we report a case of pseudotumor.
