외이도 진균증 치료에 있어서 5-FC 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

ABSTRACT

In the evaluation of the 5-FC, we have surveyed antifungal activity in otomycosis. The following conclusions were derived with the supporting data : 1) 28 out of the 32 cases studied were identified with species. 2) Out of 30 strains, 22 were identified common as Aspergillus species. 3) The 22 Aspergillus species were composed of 8 Aspergillus fumigatus, 6 Aspergillus terreus, 2 Aspergillus flavus and etc. 4) The sensitivity test showed 5-FC treatment was revealed as an effective drug especially against Aspergillus fumigratus (0.1-1.0 micro G/ml) 5) 5-FC treatment showed effectiveness in 22 out of the 28 cases.
