ABSTRACT

Warthin's tumor of the parotid gland is also known as papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum or adenolymphoma. This rare benign tumor mainly occurs in the parotid salivary gland and affects males more commonly than females. The tumor is characterized by its specific histopathological appearance and its ability to concentrate the radioisotope Technitium 99m. A case of Warthin's tumor of the parotid gland occuring in 34-year-old male is reported with literature review.
