ABSTRACT

The foreign body in the sphenoid sinus rarely occurs. The sphenoid sinuses, situated as they are deep within the skull, are improbable sites for foreign bodies. Recently, the authors experienced the foreign body in the sphenoid sinus removed by the transseptal approach to the sphenoid sinus. The following report is described about the case of 23 year old man having the foreign body, air-rifle bullet, in the sphenoid sinus.
