ABSTRACT

Malignant lymphomas may be defined as neoplastic proliferations of cells of the lymphoreticular system. It may arise in any tissue of body and 8% of paranasal sinus malignancies were classified as some of lymphoma. Among malignant tumors of nasal septum, the commonest tumor is a squamons cell carcinoma and malignant lymphoma is very rare. Malignant lymphoma usually arises on the anterior part of the 5th to 7th decades of life, and males slightly more than females. Recently authors experienced a case of lymphocytic lymphoma arising from right nasal septum in a 3-year-old female. The surgical excision and biopsy of the mass were performed, and showed well-differentiated type. We report this case with brief review of the literatures.
