ABSTRACT

Since use of the antimicrobial agents started, osteomyelitis and intracranial complication due to acute sinusitis have been reported as a rare disease. Recently, the authors experienced a case of osteomyelitis of frontal bone and brain abscess associated with acute frontal sinusitis which occurred in 8 year old boy. This case was managed with craniectomy and abscess drainage, so report with a brief literature review.
