ABSTRACT

The malignant lymphomas of the head and neck are rare diseases. In the elderly, especially above fifty, malignant lymphoma which occurs in the cervical lymph node or Waldeyer's ring is relatively common. However, extranodal or extraorgan lymphoma within the head and neck is quite rare. In the case of children it is a much rare disease. The exact origin of lymphoma is often obscure, but when the site of presentation is in the head and neck, it is relatively easy to identify. Recently, we experienced a case of malignant lymphoma arising in left cheek of 9 year old boy. So, we report this case with review of the literature.
