ABSTRACT

Malignant tumors of the paranasal sinuses, especially of frontal and ethmoid sinuses are relatively rare condition. Their prognosis is also poor due to complex anatomy of these region and late diagnosis. Due to similarity with paranasal sinusitis in 1st clinical course in early stage, it is sometimes difficult to make a diagnosis and the disease advances at the time of diagnosis. The authors recently experienced two cases of squamous cell carcinoma involving frontal and ethmoid sinuses in males and this is the report of these cases with review of literature.
