The globulomaxillary cyst, a cyst of the fissural type, is formed by trapped epithelial cells at the junction of the globular and maxillary process of the maxilla. A 13 year-old male patient was diagnosed as globulomaxillary cyst by history, physical examination, radiologic studies and histopathologic examination. The cyst was enucleated successfully by marginal gingival incision. So author report this case with review of literature.
