Foreign bodies in the airway and food passage are important in the field of E.N.T. and practically many cases are reported by many authors. According to the development of the social environment and the change of our life, the kinds of these foreign bodies are extremely variable, and almost all things around us are likely to be foreign bodies by accident and it can be followed by some serious complications and even death. Recently, we have experienced an interesting, rare bronchial foreign body after total laryngectomy(artificially self made rubber tube to fit his tracheostoma) which causing whole tracheal and bronchial obstruction with mucus plug and blood clots, and it was successfully removed through tracheostoma under bronchoscopy in 69-year-old male patient.
