Report of Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma (2 Cases)

ABSTRACT

Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is an uncommon tumor usually found in the adolescent male, with a pathological characteristics of marked vascular, invasive and uncapsulated lesion, which is disappeared spontaneously by aging. In the present reports, authors presented two cases of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, one of which revealed an unusual features as follows : Patient was six years old female. The tumor extended to the posterior inferior portion of the right auricle. She was treated satisfactorily by operative removal of the tumor and by X-ray irradiation.
