ABSTRACT

Elephantiasis nostras is an epidermal lymphedema due to chronic low grade streptococcal infection. A 20-year-old female patient had purulent rhinorrhea with frequent ulceration on nostril for 5 years and facial edema with marked darkish-red left eyelid swelling for 3 years. She was well controlled with nose dressing and antibiotics with steroids.
