Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant tumor found most commonly in salivary gland but occasionally arising in the lacrimal glands or from the mucous membranes of mouth and respiratory tract and which is known by a variety of other names (Cylindroma, adenocarcinoma of cylindroma type, adenomyoepithelioma and cellular mixed tumor). It is the purpose of this paper to present and comment on a case report on the treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma by surgical removal with cecium therapy.
