ABSTRACT |
Traumatic granuloma of the larynx is a localized inflammatory response to mucosal loss caused by endolaryngeal trauma. Endotracheal intubation is the most common cause of traumatic grauloma. Case 1: 25 year old female had been suffered from hoarseness for 2 month ofter endotracheal intubation. Two polypoid mass were noticed on posterior one third of bilateral cord. Cases 2 : 32 year old male had been suffered from hoarseness for 3 month after cardiac surgery under endotracheal intubation. Two polypoid mass were noticed on posterior one third of bilateral cord.
