Neurilemmoma of the Nasal Cavity(Case Report)

ABSTRACT

Neurilemmoma is characteristically an encapsulated benign tumor originated from nerve sheath in cranial, sympathetic and peripheral nerves. We experienced recentely a 32 years old male with neurilemmoma of the nasal cavity who had been noticed right nasal obstruction and headache. The tumor was successfully removed by extranasal approach under the general anesthesia and histopathologically diagnosed as a neurilemmoma.
