| ABSTRACT |
|
Penetrating head traumas are uncommon and potentially life-threatening. However, the severity and extent of these injuries depend upon the inflicting object and the anatomic site involved, and the force of the penetration. We experienced a rare case of penetrating injury into the nasal cavity, ethmoid labyrinth, posteromedial portion of orbit and posterior area of left frontal lobe by a linear metallic foreign body.
