Pleomorphic adenoma is a rare neoplasm in the upper respiratory tract, especially within the nasal cavity and the lateral nasal wall. On March, 1990, we experienced a case of pleomorphic adenoma of nasal tip in a 67 year old male patient. The mass was enucleated easily.
