Local Skin Flap Technique in the Closure of Post Auricular Skin Defect

ABSTRACT

After operation of mostoidectomy in chronic purulent otitis media with subperiosteal abscess, the primary closure of the post auricular skin defect sometimes fail, because of wound dehiscence and too wide of closure by primary suture. In this cases we used various local skin frap technique with success. We report 2 cases of having good results using the local skin flap technique in the closure of post auricular skin defect.
