The nasal tuberculosis is known as a rare disease. Recently, author has experienced a case of the nasal tuberculosis ; 49 year old Korean female with the ulcer on the nasal septum, inferior and middle turbinate of the nasal cavities. Tuberculosis of the nose affects the cartilaginous portion of the nasal septum, and has reported on the lateral nasal wall.
