Recently, we have still experienced a lot number of malignancy developed from benign cases in spite of the advancement in the field of
oncologic research. The author experienced 2 cases of malignancy developed from large tumors from nasopharyngeal fibroma and maxillary fibrous dysplasia each other as time goes by, and clinicopathologically reviewed the literature.
