Aspergillus are frequently discovered in the air space, There is a tendency to increase the fungal infections because of over use of antibiotics, steroid hormone and radiation theraphy. Recently 22 year old female patient visited to our department because of pain on hypopharyngeal region, swallowing difficulty, low grade fever, headache and granulomatous tumor masses in the posterior hypopharyngeal wall. The diagnosis was confirmed to aspergillosis of hypopharynx after the tissue culture. 6 months after the visit on our department, the lesion was healed by nystatin, fulvicin per oral and local application of powdered nystatin and gentian violet.
