Dr. Herbert J. Rinkel described on the systemized clinical allergy, many co-works have been studying on its futher development. He applied the serial dilution titration technique to make diagnosis of inhalant allergy, which has three different tests such as coseasonal, perennial, preseasonal. This method digs out the end point of reaction of allergen and makes diagnosis of allergy and calculates optimal and maximal dose of its treatment. This paper is dealing with the description of its test and its clinical analysis which has been applied at allergy clinic since Sept. 1976.
