| ABSTRACT |
|
A case of benign facial nerve neurilemmoma is presented. In this case the only complaint was a parotid mass and the patient had normal facial function. Diagnosis could be made only by the operative finding and the postoperative pathologic study. We present a case of facial nerve neurilemmoma presenting as a parotid tumor with literatural review.
