Retroauricular dermoid cyst is a very rare lesion such that there has been no case report in Korea. Recently we experienced a case of huge round pedunculated mass attached to the right retroauricular area and removed it successfully. The cyst presented in this report demonstrated a benign clinical course and had a tendency to become larger. The clinical and pathologic characteristics of this cyst are reviewed.
