ABSTRACT

Cementifying fibroma is benign cementum producing odontogenic tumors of mesodermal origin. This unusual tumor is usually found in the mandible of adult female. Authors experienced a case of cementifying fibroma in a 26 year old female, involving left maxillary sinus and palate simulating a malignant process. A conservative surgical procedure seems to be the choice of treatment of this tumor.
